HR Vendors of the Year is based on a survey conducted by local independent research and business consultancy firm Business Decision Maker (BDM), Intelligence in conjunction with Human Resources Magazine.

 

The survey respondents were mostly HR practitioners from various industries, three out of 10 respondents came from a strategic management role, whose position was either a Vice President or a director of HR. 70% of the respondents came from a HR managerial position.

 

Recruit Express emerged as the No. 1 Recruitment Company of the Year 2009, 2008 & 2007. Overall, we top the list as the Best Recruitment Vendor for roles below S$5,000 monthly. In addition, we are also the Preferred Recruitment Firm for such positions in the Financial Services and IT/Telecommunications Industry.
