2-6 Months Temp Admin/Data Entry Assistants

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the finance department
  • Data entry duties
  • Updating of database
  • Handle documentations
  • Photocopying, sorting and filing of documents

Job Requirements:

  • Min. N levels and above
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (microsoft word, powerpoint, excel)
  • Able to multi-task and meticulous
  • Fast learner and independent
  • Must be able to start work immediately or within short notice
  • Able to commit for at least 2 months
