Admin Assistant

• Filing, data entry, preparing documents
• Answer incoming calls to department and direct to relevant personnel
• Support in adhoc projects assigned to the team

 

Patient Service Associates (PSA)

• Provide excellent customer service to the patients/visitors
• Handle general enquiries and patient’s registration
• Fix and schedule appointment for the patients

 

 Temp / Contract Clinic Assistant

• Registration of patients
• Scheduling of appointments for patients
• Collection of payments
• Provide clinic assistance to patients
• Ad-hoc administration duties

 

Temp / Perm Pharmacy Assistant

• Packing and distributing of medicine in packets for dispensing needs 
• Stock inventory
• Assisting the pharmacists and pharmacy technicians in patient needs
• Perform all other ad hoc duties as assigned
• 3 months / temp-to-permanent positions available

 

 

Requirements

• Minimum GCE “N” / "O" levels
• No relevant experience required
• Customer-service oriented and good communication skills
• Available immediately and able to commit for minimum 3 months
