Job Scope:
- Responsible for frontline counter duties - answering phone calls, attending to customers/visitors enquiries
- Handle patients' registration and appointment scheduling
- Assisting doctors in ad-hoc support duties and ushering of patients
- Other adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Min N/O levels
- Able to work shift hours (Including weekends)
- Customer service oriented
