Senior / Call Centre Officer (Central, Healthcare, Shift Work / Office Hours)

Description

Responsibilities:

  • Providing quality customer service to patients / visitors of the hospital 
  • Answering phone call inquiries and replying of emails 
  • Updating of service reports frequency to track KPI 
  • Assist to prepare reports for management reporting
  • Any ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • min. GCE 'N' / 'O' Levels and / or Diploma in any disciplines
  • Posess min. 1-2 years of customer service experience in call center environments 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Team player and able to work independently as well
