Admin Assistant **(HEALTHCARE,3 Months Contract)**

Description

We are looking for Admin Assistant to be outsourced to our client’s place!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • To prepare management reports
  • Maintain an effective filing systems and databases
  • Assist in the preparation of materials for workshops and events
  • Coordinating the maintenance of office equipment
  • Attend to enquiries in a timely and appropriate manner

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum diploma in any discipline
  • On-the-job training is provided
  • Must be able to commence work within a short notice period /immediately.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Systematic and organized
