Being part of a dynamic and professional team, you will play an important role in the consultation and management of both clients and candidates. Possessing an exceptional zeal in the “people business”, you will identify business opportunities by prospecting new clients through telemarketing, market research and business visits. You will also work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide effective solutions and advice on sourcing the right talent. In addition, you will screen, select, evaluate and conduct interviews to shortlist potential candidates to match clients’ requirements. You will provide appropriate and accurate professional advice to job seekers pertaining to their possible career progression and development.

The ideal candidate would possess the following:

• A degree in any discipline from a good university
• Ability to be resourceful, motivated and persistent
• Highly optimistic and a never- say- die- attitude
• A strong team player 
• Flair and confidence to engage executive professionals
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
