Admin Assistant in Healthcare industry (3 months temp) *IMMEDIATE, OFFICE HOUR* - HSQ

Responsibilities

  • Data entry and filling of documents
  • Maintaining department’s stationary
  • Support various department with admin duties
  • Attend to phone call and e-mails

Requirements:

  • Min. GCE ‘O’/‘A’ levels or Diploma with good credits
  • Preferably with 2-3 years of relevant experience
  • With prior invoice experience will be an added advantage 
  • Essential to know pivot table & v-lookup
  • Good administrative and written communication skills
  • Computer literate and well verse in Microsoft Office
  • 3 months contract / contract to perm
  • Islandwide position
