HR Admin Assistant



Job Description:

  • General support to HR Department 
  • HR General duties
  • Confirmation and contract renewal
  • Re-employment, exit management processes, documentations and updates
  • Tup secondment, intra-company movements and updates, management of company's appointments, inter-companies billings, etc
  • Other ad hoc assigned tasks 


  • Min Diploma/Degree in HR or Business Management or equivalent 
  • Good with MS Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Some temp experience in Human Resources/No working experience required as training is provided 
  • Strong numeracy skills
