Accounts Assistant, up to $2200 #HCH

Description

Jobscope:

• Process receipts and update cashbook
• Accounts receivables billings
• Follow up on outstanding bills
• Prepare statement of accounts
• Process credit payments by clients
• Update invoice records in spreadsheets
• All other administrative and ad-hoc matters relating to accounts receivable cycle

Requirements:

  • Min O level/ Professional Certificate/NITEC in accountancy or other related field
  • Min 2 years of working experience
  • Able to start work on short notice
