Perm Shipping Clerk (SAP experienced) *WEST* #HZT

Inbound Management
• Ensuring timely receipt of goods, goods receipt & transfers via SAP
• Ensure required supply of goods to the production plants
• Ensure timely recall of goods from 3PL
• Proper documentation including CHEP Pallet Docket is followed through
• Prepare labels for goods for receipt between drivers & forklift drivers
• Maintenance of documentations & filing

Inventory Management
• Follow up reviews with QA Team for timely release of goods
• Follow up with next course of actions for goods in block stocks
• Generate cycle count & conduct inventory reconciliation post cycle count
• Weekly inventory reconciliation of CHEP Pallets & inventory
• Ensure receipt, storage, internal & external movement, issuance of raw, packing materials & finished goods dispatches complies with Nestle policies & guidelines
• Daily clearance of goods in transit & container locations
• Maintain good & clean physical & system inventory

Outbound Management
• Process outbound orders as required
• Generates Delivery order/CHEP Pallet Delivery Docket
• Align with IMS/Logistics team should there be any changes required
• Ensure timely PGI as well as VGM for export shipment
• Good management & co-ordination of vehicular traffic at yard area
• Maintain proper record of container checklist

Customer Service Interface
• Co-ordinate with clients in terms of outbound statuses
• Interface with 3PL partner in terms of direct GR & stock transfers
• Timely replies for queries on inbound/outbound matters
• Ensure daily handover in place with Warehouse Executive during shift changes of forklift drivers

Safety
• Report all safety issues immediately

SOP & Work Instructions
• Develop & update Standard Operating Procedures & work instructions
• Any other administrative duties not listed above

Requirements:
• Experience in SAP is a MUST
