Your Responsibilities:

• Support the iPhone Launch Event: Assist with crowd control and customer inquiries during the event.
• Customer Guidance: Help customers create IDs and navigate digital services.
  Guide app downloads and demonstrate its functionality.
  Assist customers in using microsites and digital platforms.
• Transaction Assistance: Support customers with SIM and router exchanges.
  Help with prepaid top-ups and managing queue systems.
• General Support: Address customer queries and ensure smooth processes during interactions.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Individuals are comfortable with lots of customer interaction and standing.
• Able to work weekends and public holidays when required.
