1 year Call Centre Officers (Government Project) - Ubi #EAT

Location:Ubi

Salary: $2600/month

Working Hours:

• 815am to 6pm (M-F)
• 815am to 530pm (any 4 weekdays and sat till 430pm)
• 1045am to 830pm (M-F)
• 815am to 4pm (any 4 weekdays and sat)
  
  Job Scope:
  
  Act as the first point of contact for the customers
  Supporting Client’s calls using the following sites.
  Provide satisfactory explanations to customers and take remedial action where necessary
  To alert superior of recurring service failures so that corrective actions may be taken to avoid future problems.
  Ad-hoc duties that related to contact centre projects.
  
  Job Requirements:
  Min GCE A levels and above
  Good interpersonal skills and able to multitask in typing and speaking over the phone.
