Accounts Executive (Medical/Pharma, MNC, Contract)

We are looking/hiring for Accounts Executive to be outsourced to our client’s place.

Job Description:

• Handling AP (match invoice, proceed payment) 
• Handling AR 
• Month end closing, need to support for certain journal creations, eg. Accruals, reclassification
• Bank reconciliation
• Fixed asset ledger maintenance
• Balance sheet schedules, prepayment, accruals and etc
• Ad-hoc daily supports for AR and AR relevant matters
• Daily update for bank receipts and payment files

Requirements:

• Min. Dip/Degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• 2 or more years of related work experience 
• Proficient in SAP/ Oracle
