Responsibilities

Oversee nursing standards, clinical governance and patient safety across clinics.

Review SOPs and support regulatory compliance and clinical audits.

Monitor infection control, medication safety and clinical incidents.

Coordinate nursing training and competency assessments.

Support equipment management, procurement and new clinic setups.

Prepare quality reports and drive improvements.
Requirements

Min. Diploma / Degree in Nursing
-
Nursing background with relevant clinical operations or quality experience.

Knowledge of nursing standards, infection control and patient safety.

Good communication, coordination and documentation skills.
