Contract HR Executive (Talent Acquisition)

We are looking for a Contract HR Executive (Talent Acquisition) to support end-to-end recruitment activities within a dynamic healthcare organisation. If you are passionate about identifying top talent, building candidate pipelines and partnering with hiring managers, this is an excellent opportunity to further your career in talent acquisition.

Job Responsibilities

• Source and attract suitable candidates through job portals, social media, databases and other recruitment channels
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Conduct resume screening and assess candidates against job requirements and competencies
• Perform phone and virtual interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience and suitability
• Coordinate interviews and work closely with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
• Maintain candidate records and ensure accurate updates within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Support recruitment projects, employer branding initiatives and other talent acquisition activities

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology or a related discipline
• 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, executive search or candidate sourcing
• Familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards and online sourcing platforms
• Strong interviewing, stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Able to manage multiple recruitment assignments in a fast-paced environment

Salary & Benefits

• Salary up to $4,000/month (commensurate with experience)
• 1-Year Contract
• Monday to Friday, Office Hours
• Convenient Central Location
