We are hiring Contract Patient Service Associate to be outsourced to our clients from reputable healthcare organisations.

Job Responsibilities:
* Greet walk-in and appointment patients, manage queues and update patients’ personal particulars in the clinic system.
* Handle appointment scheduling, verify test orders, explain procedure instructions and manage consent forms.
* Collect payments, issue receipts and reconcile end-of-day transaction records.
* Collect basic measurements such as weight, height, BMI and vision screening under nurse or physician supervision.
* Manage clinic inventory and stationery supplies.
* Assist with community outreach events when required.

Requirements:

Prior healthcare / clinic experience.
Able to float between Bedok and Woodlands locations when required.
Able to commit to contract duration: 6 months.
