About the Opportunity

We are looking for a sharp, meticulous Credit Documentation Executive for an exciting 1-year contract to support our prestigious Mid-Corporate and Large-Corporate client portfolios. In this high-visibility role, you will be the backbone of our corporate lending operations—managing end-to-end documentation workflows, partnering with top-tier legal and business teams, and ensuring seamless transaction execution from deal to perfection.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive End-to-End Documentation: Handle the preparation, review, and execution of complex corporate credit and security instruments, including facility agreements, letters of offer, debentures, mortgages, guarantees, and assignments.
• Ensure Security Perfection: Coordinate seamless registration, perfection, and stamping of securities with statutory bodies and registries to safeguard the bank’s legal interests.
• Manage Execution Formalities: Verify corporate authorities, board resolutions, common seal requirements, and signing protocols while coordinating closely with clients, internal stakeholders, and external solicitors.
• Maintain System Integrity: Accurately update core banking records, collateral systems, and document repositories to keep portfolios audit-ready at all times.
• Collaborate & Problem-Solve: Act as a trusted subject matter expert, working hand-in-hand with Relationship Managers, Credit Risk, and Legal teams to iron out complex documentation queries swiftly.

What are we looking for

• Experience: 4 to 6 years of solid, hands-on corporate credit documentation, loan operations, or banking legal support experience, specifically dealing with Mid-Corp and Large-Corp clientele.
• Education: Diploma or Degree
• Technical Mastery: In-depth knowledge of corporate credit/security structures (debentures, charges, mortgages) and regulatory registry requirements.
• The Right Edge: Exceptional attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and the ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech Proficiency: Highly proficient in MS Excel with strong data tracking capabilities.
