* Project planning and scheduling.
* Quality control of maintenance work performed.
* Budget control.
* Assist to ensure optimum safety for works carried out.
* Ensure company assets are well maintained and office environment is conducive to all staff.
* Plan necessary works, arrange contractors and supervise execution.
* Work closely with Managing Agent and vendors in the execution of repairs or maintenance.
* Conduct daily walkarounds and regular checks on facilities and site inspections.
* Arrange repair works where necessary, and apply urgency on emergency items or operations’ requirements.
* Ensure building/buildings complies/comply with relevant regulatory requirements at all times. Tracking and monitoring licence expires and conduct renewals.
* Monitor and keep track of buildings/facilities CAPEX and operation costs with budget. To update regularly on spending, especially if budget is exceeding.
* Manage and keep track of Term Contractors’ works including sourcing of quotations and preparation of tenders.
* Develop uniformity in the standard and practice of facilities management across all centres.
* Attending and participating in the WSH meetings and matters relating to the Group and MOM’s requirements on project or facilities issues.
* Attending to enquiries from MOM on WSH matters and take appropriate actions.
* Supervise Facilities and building improvement works including cost savings.
* Responsible for property and facilities project agreements and contracts.
* Support Procurement department in processes of obtaining and evaluating potential vendors, especially for Tender exercises.
