We are hiring Customer Service (Healthcare) to be outsourced to reputable hospitals and medicalinstitutions!

Job Scope:

• Answer patients’ enquiries and needs
• Help with patient registration
• Schedule appointments for patients
• Handle phone calls
• Other ad-hoc admin duties

Requirements:

• Minimum ‘N / O / A’ Levels / Nitec / Diploma in any field
• Proficient in MS Office
• Able to work 2 shifts or 5.5 days office hours with occasional OT
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice
