HR Assistant / Intern (Healthcare) - Supporting Recruitment & Human Resources Initiatives #HKN

Job Description:

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting potential candidates for client roles
• Coordinate interviews, manage feedback, and ensure a smooth candidate experience
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team dynamics
• Support onboarding activities and maintain accurate HR records
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives and internal HR projects
• Build long-term relationships with both clients and candidates
• Support HR Business Partners in gathering HR data and preparing reports

Requirements:

• Minimum A Levels / Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Communications, or related field
• Enjoy interacting with people and building connections
• Strong communicator
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• 3-6 months contract role is available
