*NEW* Administrative Assistant | No Interview! - #HJZ

We are looking for a meticulous and organised Administrative Assistant to join our team on a 4-month contract. This role is suitable for candidates with strong administrative, data entry and coordination skills who are comfortable working with sales and inventory information.

Job Details

Contract Duration: 4 Months
Location: Toa Payoh
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:15 PM
Salary: $12/hour
Commencement: ASAP

Key Responsibilities

• Consolidate and maintain sales and inventory data accurately
• Coordinate with Shopee and Lazada agencies on sales reports and related information
• Liaise with vendors and follow up on stock deliveries and order status
• Perform data entry, filing and document updates
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely updates of administrative documents
• Provide general administrative and coordination support to the team
• Assist with other ad-hoc administrative duties as required

Requirements

• Minimum NITEC / Diploma in Business Administration, Business Studies or a related discipline
• Proficient in Google Workspace, including Google Sheets and Google Docs
• Good data entry and administrative skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
