*Office Hours* Telemarketer (Up to $4,500) #BTS

Responsibilities

• Perform telemarketing calls to leads provided by partners to achieve sales target
• Understanding customers' needs and recommend suitable products to them
• Convert leads provided by partner to sales through telemarketing activities
• Ensure call activities adhered to regulations and in line with the Quality standards

Requirements

• Possess Insurance Certifications or open to take Insurance Certifications
• 1 to 2 years of Customer Service/Call Centre/Telemarketing/Telesales experience
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
