PATIENT SERVICE ASSOCIATE (HEALTHCARE/NORTHEAST) #HZOT

Location: Sengkang
Working Hours: Weekdays: 6.30am–7.30pm (Rostered, 8 hrs/day), Saturdays: 6.30am–1.30pm (Rostered, 4 hrs)
Salary: $2500/month (fixed)
Duration: 1 year

Job Scope:

• Greet and register patients
• Schedule patient appointment
• Coordinate specialists' consultation referrals
• Handle payments and respond to patient enquiries in a courteous and professional manner
• Manage patient concerns, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary
• Communicate effectively with patients to provide a high level of customer service
• Will be stationed at Health monitoring station based on roster. Involved in taking height / weight and blood pressure for patients at Health monitoring station

• Minimum O/N/A levels
