Senior / Production Manager (Medical Device Manufacturing) #HHL

Job Scope:
• Lead overall production operations to meet quality, cost and delivery targets
• Manage production supervisors and manufacturing teams
• Troubleshoot equipment, process and quality issues using root-cause analysis
• Drive production planning, capacity, manpower and budget management
• Lead cost reduction, productivity and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support NPI, production transfers and manufacturing strategy
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety and regulatory requirements

Requirements:
• Min. Degree in Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering or related field
• Minimum 10 years of manufacturing production experience
• Strong people leadership experience, ideally 8–10 years
• Strong hands-on troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical and process systems
• ISO 13485 experience is a MUST
• Experience managing FDA-regulated manufacturing operations
• SAP / ERP experience preferred
• Lean Six Sigma / Green Belt advantageous
