Key Responsibility
• Develop and expand the laboratory weighing and electrochemistry business in Singapore for specific segments.
• Manage entire sales cycle from pre sales discussion with customers to post sales support.
• Ability to support and respond efficiently to customer's request for technical enquires, quotations.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers
• Continuous learning in product, technical knowledge and selling skills to provide premium service to customers
• Fulfillment of sales related KPIs which include sales targets and visits targets
• Use of CRM (SAP) for commercial quotation generation
• Initiative activities and undertake duties necessary for the advancement of the business
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a sales team
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
Strong desire and motivation to excel in the assigned market segment and proactively explore avenues for growth
Proven track record of sales success in the industrial weighing industry, with a focus on cross-selling and building long-term relationships
