6 months Temp renewable OT Dept Receptionist #HGAT

Location: Novena

Working hours:
AM: 7am - 5pm / 8am-6 pm
PM: 12pm-9pm

Mondays - Sundays, Any 5 days a week (cannot choose days, usually 1 weekend)
PH usually not open

Salary: $12/hr

Job Scope:
Billing (will be trained first):
- Handling billing matters for operations (meticulous, coordination work)
- Handle queries and emails with regards to hospital bills
Coordination:
- Confirming with Clinics / departments on operations
- Coordinating with OT ferry team on when to fetch and send patients
- Candidates have to be comfortable working in a fast pace and high tension environment

Requirements:
- Min GCE O Levels

There will be an online interview if shortlisted
