Accountant (PHARMA MNC/12 months) - West/up to $5k #HAO

Salary: up to $5000 + 1.5 completion bonus
Duration: 12 months

Working Days & Hours: Mon-Fri Office Hours

Location: Pasir Panjang

Job Description:
• Ensure accurate and timely month end book close

• P repare annual financial statements and supportings

• Ensure control and accounting and regulation compliance

• Handle KPMG audit and internal audits queries

• Act as the main liaison for SARCoE and KPMG on local Statutory audit matters and coordination

• Support on annual tax submission, queries and Transfer Documentation as required

• Act as the key liaison with GBS Towers on I2P, O2C, GA and ICO etc.

• Work with GBS Towers to review accruals and Balance Sheet balances to ensure compliance

• Performer for Finance SAP PC controls (Controls documentation) and Web forms

• Act as Finance T&E administrator and contact

• Create P R/PO for Finance requisition

• Support Finance administration as needed

• Adhoc projects

Job Requirements: Min Degree in Accountancy or similar w min 5 yrs of relevant experience & Excellent knowledge on SOX, US and Local GAAP, preferably in medical device/pharmaceutical/healthcare field
