Accounts Sr/ Executive(MNC, AP/AR/GL)

Job Description:

Accounts Receivables

• Maintain AR sub-ledger including Sales collections/ receipts and debit/ credit note adjustments
• Month-end Closing including, but not limited to:
- Journal Posting
- Reconciliations/Audit Schedules (Accounts Receivables)
• Global netting
• Respond to ad-hoc requests for financial information/ reports
• Assists in implementing and maintaining internal financial controls/ procedures
• Assists in compliance matters like internal/ external audit

Accounts Payables

• Maintain AP sub-ledger including checking completeness & accuracy of expenses and staff claims and preparing payments
• Month-end Closing including, but not limited to:
- Journal Posting
- Reconciliations/Audit Schedules (Accounts Payables related)
• Global netting
• Respond to ad-hoc requests for financial information/ reports
• Assists in implementing and maintaining internal financial controls/ procedures
• Assists in compliance matters like internal/ external audit

GL and Reporting

• Month-end Closing including, but not limited to:
- Journal Posting
- Reconciliations/Audit Schedules (except AP & AR)
- Preparation of quarterly GST reporting schedules
• Month-end reporting, including system submission
• Assists in Monthly forecast/ semi-annual budget/ annual mid-term budget planning
• Customer & Vendor Master Maintenance
• Preparation of company income tax computation/ schedule
• Fixed assets management (Addition/ Transfer/ Disposal/ Write-off/ semi-annual sighting)
• Respond to ad-hoc requests for financial information/ reports
• Assists in implementing and maintaining internal financial controls/ procedures
• Assists in compliance matters like internal/ external audit

Requirements:

• Possess at least a  Degree in Accountancy. Candidates with ACCA would be at an advantage
• At least 4 years of working experience in the related fields
• Familiar with SAP and JDE is an advantage
• Able to start work immediately or on short notice
