SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
To support the structure of Pre-distribution workflow with JDE order processing, Master Checklist/Invoice creations and associated tasks for reliable supply of pharmaceutical products for clinical trials.
Computer and associated software use.


SPECIFIC DUTIES, ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Support order importation and JDE Order Processing
* Support fusionConnect queue maintenance & trial set-up
* Maintain Shipment Log accurately (importation, greenlight, scheduling)
* Preparation of shipping documentation (Invoices, AWB, Import License, supporting documentation)
* Support pre-approval communication, pending shipment follow-up & dispatch scheduling
* Ordering of specific shipping solutions from the courier
* Support JDE Troubleshooting; cancellations and corrections
* Actively participate in Pre-Distribution case study sessions (support Continuous Improvement initiatives)
* Participate in Study Kick Off Meetings and support Study Set-Up activities
* Support address maintenance in JDE and invoices; pre & post-approval contacts and email maintenance
* Creation and Maintenance of Master Checklist and Invoice; Master Checklist creation with DGM capability
* Filing and ad hoc duties as requested by management

When the need arises and when requested by Management, to perform other tasks or duties assigned by the Pre-Distribution Supervisor / Supply Chain Director. If applicable, training will be provided to support this multi-skilled flexibility
