Job Scope

• Provide technical support to customers and ensure satisfaction
• Handle customer feedback on product quality, delivery & service
• Perform failure analysis and prepare reports
• Support defect/crisis management and containment activities
• Work closely with internal teams on quality & program initiatives

Requirements

• Min. Degree/Diploma in Engineering
• Hands-on and analytical mindset
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Able to multitask and work under pressure
• Basic Microsoft Office knowledge
