Mon–Fri, 8am–5.30pm? $4,200 – $5,500 Job Scope Provide technical support to customers and ensure satisfaction Handle customer feedback on product quality, delivery & service Perform failure analysis and prepare reports Support defect/crisis management and containment activities Work closely with internal teams on quality & program initiatives Requirements Min. Degree/Diploma in Engineering Hands-on and analytical mindset Good communication & interpersonal skills Able to multitask and work under pressure Basic Microsoft Office knowledge
