Facility Maintenance Executive up to $4500/month

PAY: $4000 - $4500

Working hours: 8 am - 5 pm (Mon - Fri), 8 am - 12 pm (Sat)

Location: Mandai

*Working hours will subsequently transition to 5 days work week*

REQUIREMENTS:

- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in maintenance/project roles within warehouse, logistics, manufacturing or heavy industrial environments

- Minimum Diploma or above in Electrical, Mechanical, Refrigeration, Mechatronics or related fields

Job Description:

• In line with Industry and Corporate standards, developed site specific strategy and oversee execution of preventive maintenance activities to optimize operational availability and efficiency.  This includes all building facilities and equipment including ASRS, refrigeration, warehouse, electrical, MHE, building envelope, fire systems etc
• Monitor and report compliance with preventive maintenance schedules and checklists across the facility.
• Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and propose long-term solutions for equipment reliability.

2. Ad-hoc or Corrective Maintenance of Facility Equipment

• Manage and coordinate corrective maintenance activities to ensure timely resolution of faults or breakdowns.
• Liaise with external contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance tasks, ensuring safety, quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Evaluate corrective maintenance processes and recommend optimizations to reduce recurrence of faults.
