Job scope:
Assesses patients’ physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities to determine therapy needs
Develops and implements individualized treatment plans to improve daily living and functional skills
Provides rehabilitation exercises and therapeutic activities to enhance mobility, coordination, and independence
Trains patients in the use of adaptive equipment and assistive devices
Educates patients and caregivers on techniques to improve safety and independence in daily activities
Monitors and evaluates patient progress and adjusts therapy plans accordingly
Collaborates with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support patient recovery
Maintains accurate patient records and therapy documentation
