Your Role

Coordinate patient enrolment and follow up on outstanding responses.

Monitor virtual chatbot interactions and escalate patient concerns to the clinical team.

Manage appointments, referrals and communication between patients and healthcare teams.

Maintain patient records, update tracking systems and prepare reports.

Provide administrative and coordination support to ensure smooth daily operations.
