HR Specialist - Recruitment #HHL

What You’ll Do:

• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job posting, pre-screening, interviewing, and candidate placement.

• Collaborate with clients in various industries like finance, technology, and healthcare to understand their talent needs and source the right candidates.

• Develop and maintain talent pipelines by proactively sourcing and networking with potential candidates for future roles.

• Utilize social media and job boards to find qualified candidates and headhunt passive talent.

• Work with business units to execute recruitment campaigns, corporate events, and job fairs.

• Conduct onboarding for new hires and support the HR team with exit interviews and other administrative tasks.
