What You’ll Do:
Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job posting, pre-screening, interviewing, and candidate placement.
Collaborate with clients in various industries like finance, technology, and healthcare to understand their talent needs and source the right candidates.
Develop and maintain talent pipelines by proactively sourcing and networking with potential candidates for future roles.
Utilize social media and job boards to find qualified candidates and headhunt passive talent.
Work with business units to execute recruitment campaigns, corporate events, and job fairs.
Conduct onboarding for new hires and support the HR team with exit interviews and other administrative tasks.
