Job Responsibilities
* Register patients using Microsoft Office and manage a high daily patient volume of 100 or more patients.
* Provide administrative support at Migrant Worker Medical Centres.
* Assist with daily registration and other administrative duties as required.
* Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements
* Open to candidates with experience in a Migrant Worker Medical Centre, clinic or hospital setting.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to handle high-volume patient registration.
* Able to commit to 4–5 shifts per week on a long-term locum basis.
* Must be willing to rotate between different Migrant Worker Medical Centres.
* Able to commit for a minimum of 6 months.
* Must be able to complete 1 week of continuous on-the-job training (OJT) from the start date, without breaks.
* Salary: weekdays: $13 per hour, weekends: $15 per hour.
- Attendance incentive of $180 per month, subject to eligibility:
- Minimum 180 working hours per month, including weekdays and weekends.
- Complete a cumulative 10 shifts on Mondays and/or Tuesdays each month.
* Working hours: 44 hours per week, based on roster.
- Weekday AM shift: 9AM–5.30PM.
- Weekday PM shift: 12PM–9PM.
- Weekday full shift: 9AM–9PM.
- Weekend PM shift: 1PM–9PM.
* Roster includes weekdays, weekends and days before or after public holidays when required.
* Location: Deployment at Gul Drive, with transport provided from Jurong East MRT.
