Job Responsibilities
* Provide nursing care and support to medically stable patients awaiting long-term care arrangements.
* Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to the appropriate healthcare team.
* Assist patients with daily nursing needs and activities as required.
* Administer medications and perform nursing procedures in accordance with established protocols.
* Maintain accurate nursing documentation and patient records.
* Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safe and effective patient care.
* Perform other nursing duties as assigned.
Requirements
* Valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) registration required.
* Relevant nursing experience in a hospital, community hospital or nursing care setting will be advantageous.
* Able to commit to selected dates and shifts based on availability.
* Flexible roster – can indicate preferred working dates and shifts.
