(Outram/ Sengkang) 1 Year Contract Patient Service Associate (Min N Level) - Fixed $2500 #HJCT

Working hours

• Weekday: 630am to 7pm (Only need to work 8 hours a day on weekday – Need to follow the roster planned by supervisor)  
• Every Sat: 630am to 130pm (Only need to work 4 hours on Sat - Need to follow the roster planned by supervisor)
• 44 hours per work week

As a Patient Service Associate, you will be responsible for performing tasks related to patient care and administrative duties in Polyclinics. Your area of responsibilities includes, but are not limited to the following:

 

• Greet and register patients
• Schedule patient appointment
• Coordinate specialists' consultation referrals
• Handle payments and respond to patient enquiries in a courteous and professional manner
• Manage patient concerns, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary
• Communicate effectively with patients to provide a high level of customer service
• Will be stationed at Health monitoring station based on roster. Involved in taking height / weight and blood pressure for patients at Health monitoring station
