Patient Service Associate (AMK, $10.50/hr, 3 months) #HJY

Location: Ang Mo Kio
Duration: Nov 2026 - Feb 2027
Salary: $10.50/hr

Working days and hours:
- 5.5days office hours, every Sat half day 

Job Description:
- Attend to patient’s queries and help patient to navigate through our healthcare system.
- Provide special assistance such as wheelchair to patient as and when required.
- Observe and tag fall risk patients, issue facemask and measure temperature for patients with flu and fever.
- Promote and educate patient on the use of Self-Service Kiosk and mobile applications.
- Assist or perform height, weight and blood pressure measurement on patients when required.
- Assist patient with way-finding and general enquiries.
- Assist eligible-patient in completing medical questionnaire.

Job Requirements:
- Required immunisation for MMR/ Tdap/ Varicella/ Covid-19
- Relevant experience is an advantage but not required
