Sales & Marketing Executive (Sci MNC) #HHL

Job Scope:
• Support Sales & Marketing teams on events, workshops and customer meetings
• Coordinate contracts, documents, approvals and commercial follow-up
• Assist with sales reports, dashboards and operational support
• Support procurement and purchase requisition processes
• Manage calendar, travel, expenses and meetings for Head of MED, SEA
• Coordinate vendors, venues, logistics and event arrangements

Requirements:
• Min. Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
• Experience in Sales / Marketing / Commercial Support preferred
• MNC experience advantageous
• Hands-on, organised and comfortable supporting events
• Experience with SAP, Concur and Salesforce preferred
• Strong coordination and communication skills
