• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers by handling incoming inquiries and support requests.
• Manage client calls, ensuring all interactions are recorded and accurately documented in the system.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of both internal and external customer needs
• Proactively addressing concerns while prioritizing customer satisfaction.
• Provide clear and effective solutions, taking appropriate remedial actions when necessary.
• Escalate recurring service issues to supervisors to enable corrective measures and prevent future occurrences.

Requirements 

• Minimum GCE 'O' Levels/ 'A' Levels/ Higher NITEC/ Diploma in any discipline 
• Preferably with 1 to 2 years of relevant experiences 
• Proficient in MS Office
