Serve as the primary point of contact for customers by handling incoming inquiries and support requests.
Manage client calls, ensuring all interactions are recorded and accurately documented in the system.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of both internal and external customer needs
Proactively addressing concerns while prioritizing customer satisfaction.
Provide clear and effective solutions, taking appropriate remedial actions when necessary.
Escalate recurring service issues to supervisors to enable corrective measures and prevent future occurrences.
Requirements
Minimum GCE 'O' Levels/ 'A' Levels/ Higher NITEC/ Diploma in any discipline
Preferably with 1 to 2 years of relevant experiences
Proficient in MS Office
