Temp HR Admin Assistant in Healthcare (6- months contract) #HKN

Location: West

Working hours: 5 days, Office hours

Job Description:

• Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including interview scheduling, offer preparation, onboarding, and offboarding
• Provide administrative support such as documentation handling, billing processing, and allowances administration.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and assist with event planning and logistics
• Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of records, documentation, and HR-related processes

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma, A Level or Equivalent
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• MS Office proficiency
• Previous HR/ Administrative experience is preferred.
• Comfortable working in hospital/ healthcare settings.
