Temp Registration Callers | $12/hr #HGNT

We are hiring Temp Registration Callers to be outsourced to our client from a reputable education organisation.

Job Responsibilities
- Field parent/customer enquiries over the phone.
- Assist with enrolment over the phone by providing general details about programmes to parents and directing leads to the sales team.
- Handle customer feedback promptly and professionally.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management, including assisting with front desk walk-in enquiries when required.

Requirements
- Able to commit for 2–3 months.
- Able to commit to only 1 weekend day and 4 weekdays.
- Able to work on weekdays and weekends according to the required schedule.
- Location: Novena
* Contract Duration: Immediate to end December 2026, with possible extension.
* 3 weekdays and 2 weekend days per week.
* Weekday Shifts: 10.00am–7.00pm or 1.00pm–10.00pm.
* Weekend Shifts: 9.00am–6.00pm.
