Job Responsibilities
* Provide administrative, logistical, and operational support for Graduate Medical Education programmes, courses, and events
* Manage residents' laptop administration, including processing insurance claims and maintaining accurate records
* Coordinate with internal stakeholders and Programme Coordinators to support departmental events and resident engagement initiatives
* Prepare and send event invitations, track responses, and maintain participant records
* Coordinate event logistics, including packing and distributing collaterals, corporate gifts, and setting up event backdrops and banners
* Collect, compile, and present post-event feedback and evaluation reports
* Design simple publicity materials such as signages, e-banners, and posters when required
* Monitor inventory levels and replenish corporate gifts and event collaterals
* Support ad-hoc outreach initiatives, projects, and other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:
* Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent 
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
