3 months Executive / Assistant Manager, Clinical Education (GOVT healthcare)

Duration: 3 months (1st Jun 2026 to 31 August 2026)
Location: Novena
Salary: $4,000 to 5,000

Job Description:

• Manage fund receipts and disbursement to institutions in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Prepare and submit funding KPI reports to management.
• Support the preparation and monitoring of budget submissions and fund utilisation.
• Assist with audit preparation, coordination, and year-end financial closing activities.
• Participate in intra- and inter-departmental projects aligned with organisational objectives.

Requirements:

• Min Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in healthcare, finance, or education sectors is advantageous.
