Job Responsibilities
• Field parent/customer enquiries over the phone.
• Assist with enrolment over the phone (providing of general details about our programmes to parents and directing leads to our sales team).
• Handle customer feedback promptly and professionally.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by management, not limited to helping with front desk walk-in enquiries when needed.

Requirements:
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable handling phone enquiries
• Able to commit to the full 3-month contract
