4-6 Months Assistant Manager, Communications (Healthcare) #HBY

We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount and you will be deployed to:

Location: Central
Salary: $4,000 – $4,500/month
Contract Duration: 4-6 months

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to support corporate communications, social media and website management. The role involves content creation, internal communications and maintaining digital platforms.

Job Responsibilities:

Social Media

• Conceptualise and produce engaging content across social media platforms.
• Design or source visuals in line with brand guidelines.
• Assist in planning and executing social media publicity and campaigns for key events and initiatives.

Internal Communications

• Write and edit internal newsletters, announcements and updates for staff and stakeholders.
• Support content development and coordination for internal communications campaigns, including Viva Engage and Intranet.
• Assist with communications initiatives to ensure information is communicated clearly and effectively.

Website Management

• Update and maintain website content to ensure information is accurate and up to date.
• Write and edit web copy, including landing pages, event listings and programme descriptions.
• Support improvements to website information architecture, including page hierarchy, menu structure and content groupings.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Communications, Mass Communications, Marketing, Media or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in corporate communications, content creation, social media or digital communications is preferred.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Good understanding of social media and digital content.
• Experience in website content management is an advantage.
• Creative, organised and detail-oriented.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proactive, resourceful and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
