Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support the organisation’s ERP transformation programme, with a strong focus on procurement processes, SAP, testing and business readiness.

The role will combine procurement expertise with project and system implementation responsibilities, particularly across raw material procurement. The successful candidate will work closely with Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, IT and project teams to ensure that business requirements are accurately translated into the new ERP environment and that the solution is fit for purpose before go-live.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Business Process

• Manage and provide subject matter expertise on raw material procurement processes and workflow in SAP
• Understand end-to-end procurement processes, including PO creation, supplier management, goods receipt and intercompany transactions.
• Leverage Customer Service / order management experience, particularly around receiving and processing Purchase Orders.
• Support drop shipment and intercompany procurement scenarios.
• Review and improve procurement processes to ensure they are efficient, compliant and aligned with business requirements.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, process documentation and work instructions.

ERP Transformation & SAP Project

• Act as the Procurement business representative / SME for the ERP transformation programme.
• Work closely with IT, SAP consultants and project teams to translate business requirements into system solutions.
• Participate in SAP configuration reviews, process walkthroughs and solution validation.
• Support SAP migration activities, including data validation, cleansing and business readiness.
• Develop and execute UAT scripts and test scenarios covering procurement and customer sales processes.
• Coordinate and participate in SIT/UAT, defect identification, resolution and retesting.
• Validate end-to-end processes across Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance and related functions.
• Support cutover, go-live preparation and post-go-live stabilisation.
• Identify process gaps and recommend practical solutions to minimise business disruption.

Project Management & Stakeholder Management

• Support project planning, tracking and delivery of procurement-related workstreams.
• Coordinate with cross-functional and regional stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Communicate project updates, risks, issues and dependencies clearly to stakeholders.
• Work independently while proactively identifying issues and driving them to resolution.
• Support change management and user adoption activities for new ERP processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in Procurement / Purchasing / Sales, preferably within raw materials and/or packaging materials.
• Experience working in an MNC environment, with exposure to intercompany transactions.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end procurement processes and SAP.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ERP / S/4HANA transformation or migration projects.
• Experience writing UAT scripts, test scenarios and process documentation.
• Experience in SOP development and process improvement.
• Exposure to drop shipment processes is highly desirable.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex business and system requirements clearly.
• Independent, structured and technology-savvy, with a willingness to work hands-on in a project environment.
• Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.

Preferred Experience

• Procurement transformation or ERP implementation experience.
• Experience working with SAP procurement modules/processes.
• Experience supporting large-scale SAP migration or ERP transformation programmes.
• Experience in FMCG, Manufacturing, F&B or other supply-chain intensive environments.
• Experience working with regional/global project teams.
