Contribute to HR Payment Team in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of HR related payment / reimbursement / manpower billing / honorarium processing for all the institutions and departments
Ensure that the assigned service level agreement (SLA) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently met.
Execute the HR processing and ensure the services are delivered in line with company policies and relevant Legislation requirement.
Develop and maintain good working relationships with stakeholders (e.g. internal Group Shared Services cross teams, department admin and various institutions business partners).
Propose appropriate improvements for work processes to raise the overall employee experience and efficiency.
Perform any other assigned duties/projects.
Job requirements:
Diploma in HR, Business, Admin or any related field
Min 1 year of HR experience
Meticulous, independent, initiative with problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Organised, meticulous and team player.
