? Responsibilities
• Manage housekeeping, waste, pest control, landscaping, laundry and portering services
• Monitor vendors and ensure contractual KPIs are met
• Manage contracts, audits, budgets and performance reports
• Ensure safety, regulatory and organisational compliance
• Resolve service gaps and lead improvement projects

? Requirements
• Min. Degree in Contract Management, Hospitality, Horticulture or related discipline
• Experience in contract, vendor or service management
• Healthcare, hospitality or facilities management experience preferred
• Strong leadership, stakeholder and project management skills
• Certified Practising Horticulturist certification is advantageous
